Our Pet Friendly Policies

1. Pet Fee:
A non-refundable pet fee of $25 per stay and per pet will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs.

2. Pet Limit:
We allow a maximum of 2 pets per room, with a weight limit of 40 lbs per pet. Exceptions may be made for service animals in accordance with applicable laws.

3. Pet-Friendly Rooms:
Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly rooms. Please ensure that your reservation is for one of these rooms, as pets are not permitted in other areas of the hotel.

4. Supervision:
Pets must not be left unattended in guest rooms at any time. If you need to leave your pet alone, please arrange for pet-sitting services or place them in a crate. All pets must be crated at night.

5. Leash Policy:
Pets must be on a leash or in a carrier when outside of the guest room, including in public areas such as the lobby and outdoor spaces.

6. Housekeeping:
For the safety and comfort of your pet, please schedule housekeeping services at a time when your pet is not in the room or is properly secured in a crate.

7. Pet Behavior:
Guests are responsible for their pets' behavior. Any damages to hotel property or excessive noise, such as barking, may result in additional fees or an early check-out request.

8. Pet Areas:
Please use designated pet relief areas and dispose of waste properly. Complimentary waste bags are available at the front desk.

9. Service Animals:
Service animals are always welcome and are exempt from any pet fees. Please inform the hotel in advance if you will be traveling with a service animal.

10. Liability:
Guests are responsible for any injuries caused by their pets to other guests or hotel staff. The hotel assumes no liability for the actions of guests' pets.

11. Furniture:
Under no circumstances can the pet be put on the bed or furniture due to the excessive fur and housekeeping. Any damages to hotel property including sheets, bedspreads, pillows, and any furniture can result up to a $200 fee.
