Lodge Booking Terms and Conditions


1. Reservation Confirmation
A reservation is only confirmed once a valid credit card has been provided, and you receive a confirmation email from Country lodge. The hotel reserves the right to release any provisional bookings without notice if these conditions are not met.

2. Payment Terms
A full payment is required to secure the booking.
Accepted payment methods include major credit cards accepted by Stripe.

3. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 3 days prior to the check-in date. Cancellations made within 72 hour before arrival will incur the cost of the stay. In the event of a no-show, the Lodge reserves the right to charge the full stay amount.

72-Hour Cancellation Notice Policy
At Country Lodge, we value our guests and strive to offer the best possible experience. To ensure fairness and to maintain availability for all guests, we have implemented the following 72-hour cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Period:
Guests may cancel their reservation without penalty up to 72 hours prior to their scheduled check-in date and time.

2. Cancellation Process:
Cancellations must be made by phone. A confirmation of the cancellation will be provided once the process is complete.

3. Late Cancellation Penalty:
If a guest cancels their reservation less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date or fails to show up, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of hotel stay will be charged to the credit card on file.

4. Group Reservations:
For group reservations of 4 or more rooms, a longer cancellation notices of 21-day notice will be required. Each room accommodates 2 persons

5. Modifications:
Reservation modifications made within the 72-hour period, including changes to the check-in or check-out date, may be subject to the same penalty as a late cancellation.

6. Exceptions:
In the event of extenuating circumstances (such as medical emergencies or travel disruptions), exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.

8. Check-in/Check-out Times

Check-in time: 3:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact the front desk for more details.

9. Changes to Reservations
Modifications to a reservation (e.g., dates, number of guests) must be requested at least 72 hours prior to arrival. The hotel will do its best to accommodate changes, but these are subject to availability. Any additional costs resulting from the modification will be the guest’s responsibility.

10. Guest Identification
All guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Failure to provide this identification may result in the cancellation of the booking with applicable penalties.

11. Occupancy Policy
The room rate is based on a maximum occupancy of 2 persons. Additional guests (beyond the maximum occupancy) are subject to additional charges of $10 per person per night.

12. Special Requests
Special requests (e.g., specific floor, etc.) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. The hotel will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferences.

13. Extra Beds
Extra beds or cribs are available upon request and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

15. Smoking Policy
The hotel maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all guest rooms and indoor public areas. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for any violations.

16. Liability and Damages
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the hotel property during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge for any damages or excessive cleaning required as a result of the guest’s actions.

17. Force Majeure
The hotel shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.

18. Privacy and Data Protection
The hotel collects and processes guests' personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

19. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California state, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California.
